Daventry Physiotherapy Clinic, under the guidance of Pat Mounteney is now taking new referrals privately for all joint and or soft tissue injuries or conditions including neck/ back conditions; arthritis; tendonitis; bursitis etc.

Pat Mounteney is undoubtedly one of the leading Physiotherapists in Daventry. Qualified to BSc PT (degree in physiotherapy); and is a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy; the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and the Organisation for Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice.

Having initially trained in all aspects of Physiotherapy at Kings College Hospital, London, she further enjoyed an international career where she had the opportunity to work with Neurological (nerves) and spinal chord injuries. She has since specialised in all aspects of out-patients orthopaedics.

Pat has undergone specialist training in both America and Canada, in both Physiotherapy and Osteopathy as well as Orthopaedics and Acupuncture, which gives Pat an exceptional set of skills to treat you with.

Because of Pat’s unique skill set she has had the opportunity to work with Gymnastics squads in the UK.

Pat particularly enjoys the challenge of chronic neck and back conditions, “because, in most cases there is something that can be done to help with the pain, whether its specific exercises, postural change or simply loosening a tight joint or two”.

Pat has experience of working with Occupational Health Advisers, and is happy to undertake work in the Industrial and office environments, both treating employees for existing conditions  and proactively training in good posture.
